Will be VERY interesting to hear how you assimilate your experiences and how you feel about your ethnicity, your nationality and your lifestyle in the months to come – now that you’ve seen things so totally different.

I returned to find that I wasn’t so ashamed to be white after all. At the same time, after seeing people in Thailand live with so little, i set about my life trying to simplify and that’s when i got rid of my car. A little doing without reminds me of all those in the world who live with so much less.

And there are so many great white people and even Americans!
